How can I get the rental equipment to my location? We will deliver and pickup rental items almost anywhere in the Washington Metropolitan area at no charge on rentals greater than $200. Delivery charges may apply for events more than 30 miles from the warehouse.
Do you have technicians that can operate the rental as well? Yes! SoundTech’s number one priority is to ensure customer satisfaction. We can provide a technician on an hourly bases. Please consult with a sales representative for more detailed information.
What if I don't know exactly what I need? Contact our sales staff and we will assist with making to your event a special one. Our goal is to ensure you get the most for your hard earned money.
What if the equipment doesn't work? We filed test ALL gear prior to any rental. Unfortunately things do happen. Hence, ST strongly suggests to our clients to allow us to handle their sound reinforcements projects and events.
We perform routine tests to ensure the reliability of our equipment; however, if the equipment does malfunction, our first priority is always to quickly solve the problem.
What if we have weekly or monthly events around town and/or occasionally out of town; does ST offer discounts to frequent users? Of course! Our goal is to create and build relationships. We have a number of clients that receive discounts based on the amount of business conducted with ST.
